According to Ordinance No. 2017-1387, teleworking will develop in French companies. 
The challenge is to work from home and manage people who work from home.
Remote work  is not commonplace in our culture. A mixture of notions of trust, supervision, proof, organization and discipline must be apprehended and worked in order to gain a common  and  personal challenge.
